If you're the one who calls every morning, tracks the pills, books the rides and lies awake after a missed call, Simone was built for you. She takes on the remembering, the checking and the watching, and gives you back one clear summary at the end of each day (short, or longer if you'd like), including anything that needs your attention.
Medication, meals and appointments, with a reminder from Simone shown on the wrist at the right moment. See when a dose is marked as taken, and when a follow-up may be needed.
A good-morning check-in to make sure the day goes the way it should, and a GPS location if you should ever need it.
Fall alerts, SOS, and changes against their own usual pattern, from resting heart rate to a night with too much movement. And a word from Simone if the watch goes quiet.
Simone is a virtual best friend who can chat with them about anything, anywhere, anytime.
Simone is a thoughtful virtual companion who lives in two places, the watch and the app—so living independently feels easier, and staying connected never feels intrusive.

4G with the line included, two-way calling, an SOS button, fall alerts, GPS. A bright 1.96-inch AMOLED face with large type. No carrier plan to arrange. Pair the watch and set up routines in the app.

Where the family connects with Simone: updates, changes to the schedule, a calm daily summary, important alerts, and location when needed. Plans are shared, and the reassurance comes without the hovering or the worrying. Connect a Google or iCloud calendar and Simone keeps up with it, adding, moving or cancelling appointments when asked.
It comes with its own 4G line, so there is no carrier plan to set up and no phone to keep nearby. It makes and takes real calls. And when the SOS button is held, it rings the people you chose until one of them answers.

What the watch does, and what it does not. We would rather you knew the edges before you order than after.
| Connectivity | 4G on its own SIM. Service is included in the subscription; there is no carrier plan to set up and no phone required nearby. |
|---|---|
| Calling | Two-way voice calls on the watch itself, through its built-in speaker and microphone. Incoming calls are limited to the family and contacts you approve, so no one else can ring the wrist. |
| SOS | Press and hold the side button for about five seconds: the watch rings your chosen contacts, up to three, one after another until someone picks up; the family app is alerted at the same time with live location. SOS calls the people you choose. It does not call 911 or other emergency services. |
| Fall alerts | Built-in fall detection, from a Bosch motion sensor, alerts the family app with location when a hard fall is detected. No fall detector catches every fall, and some ordinary movements can look like one. Families can mark each alert as real or not, which helps us keep tuning it. |
| Location | GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou satellites outdoors, with Wi-Fi and cell-tower positioning where satellites cannot reach, plus home-or-away presence from the watch’s own connection at home. The watch reports its position through the day; the family app shows the last known place rather than a live map. |
| Wellness signals | An optical heart-rate and blood-oxygen sensor, and a motion sensor for steps and sleep. Shown to the family as trends against the wearer’s own usual pattern. These are wellness readings, not medical measurements, and Simone does not diagnose. |
| Display | 1.96-inch AMOLED touch screen, 368 by 448 pixels. Large type, high contrast, and a simple face. |
| Battery | 560 mAh lithium-polymer battery, charged on a magnetic charger. Battery life between charges depends on how often the watch reports and is being measured on the shipping configuration; we will publish it here before the first watches ship. |
| Buttons | Two physical buttons and a vibration motor, so a reminder is felt as well as seen. |
| Bluetooth | Bluetooth 5.3. |
| Works with | The Simone app on iPhone and Android. The watch needs no phone of its own. |
| Not included | No camera, no video calling, no skin-temperature sensor. The watch is deliberately simple. |
What the family can see and do from a phone.
| Works on | iPhone and Android. Any number of family members and caregivers, each with their own sign-in. |
|---|---|
| Setting up | Simone asks what she needs to know, one topic at a time. Tell her when something changes. |
| Daily summaries | A morning note and an evening summary. Short by default, or detailed with a copy by email. |
| Check-ins and alerts | A daily check-in at the time you choose. A fall, an SOS or an unanswered check-in alerts the family at once. |
| Location | The last known place, and whether they are home or away. Not a live map. |
| Medications | Each medication and its schedule, with doses marked as taken or missed. |
| Calendar | One shared calendar. Connect a Google or iCloud calendar and Simone keeps up with it. |
| Requests | When they mention needing something, Simone brings it to the family and can find local options to call. She does not book or pay. |
| Sharing | You decide who sees location, wellness signals and medications. Export or delete everything from the app. |
Not a dashboard. A day, with its small moments, and one line at the end of it.

“Good morning, Margaret.” Simone checks in and mentions the rain due after lunch. The family sees: up and about.

A walk to the park. The watch knows where he is. Nobody is watching a dot move, and nobody has to.

Three hundred kilometres away, a daughter reads the evening summary in the time it takes the kettle to boil.
Hold the SOS button for about five seconds and the watch rings the family in turn, while the app alerts everyone with live location. A hard fall alerts the family in the app, with location.

When you already know they're up, took their pills and got home from the walk, the phone call can be about something else.
Some care products share what they learn with advertising partners. Simone does not, and it never will. Everything Simone learns about your family is used to look after your family, and for nothing else.
No advertising partners, no data brokers, no “trusted third parties”. The providers who run our servers and send our email are bound not to use your data for anything of their own.
The watch reports its location to Simone through the day, and it is stored so it is there in an emergency. The family sees the last known place: at home, away, or somewhere you have named. You choose which family members can see location at all.
Trends against their own pattern, explained the way a person would. Simone is not a medical device and does not diagnose, but she keeps track of wellness signals and shares them with you.
Ask for a copy of everything, or ask us to delete it, from inside the app. We do, and we keep a record showing that we did.
Your conversations with Simone are never used to train AI models. The providers we use keep them for at most 30 days for abuse monitoring, then delete them.
Simone never sends a message, books, pays or agrees to anything on your behalf. When something needs doing, she brings it to the family, and a person decides.
